In the peaceful confluence of the Thunga-Bhadra River, lies a place of profound sanctity called Kudali. This is a Siddhi Kshetra situated 15 kilometers from the district of Shivamogga in Karnataka State. Historical figures like Prahlaada, Sri Rama, along with Devatas have visited here. This place has been the abode of many Rishyashramas. It has also been a divine place of Great Tapasvi-Sannyasins of unbroken Shankara parampara.
